Pranayama

Pranayama is the Sanskrit word for breath work. In Ashtanga yoga, our focus is always on the breath. Pranayama can be done at any time, anywhere. There are lots of different types of breath exercises you can do, and different Apps to help guide you. This is one of the best practices you can do if you suffer with stress and anxiety, to help bring you back to a rest and restore state.
