Easter Break!

For the Easer break I have put together our Stay Connected program.


10 minutes of gentle practice followed by 5 minutes of meditation. Here is the schedule.

Wednesday 12th -

Digest (Practice) 10 mins

Senses (Meditation) 5 mins


Thursday 13th -

Core (Practice) 10 mins

Connection (Meditation) 5 mins


Friday 14th -

Release (Practice) 10 mins

Gratitude (Meditation) 5 mins
