Stay Well & Stay Moving!

Ok, so you all know I have been changing things over the past 3 years to figure out whats working for you all, and I think (think!) Ive finally got it.


I have put together an 8 week Stay Well Program that covers everything that I feel we need to bring into our routines in order to Stay Well.


I have no intentions of making you all yogis, waking up at 6am and practicing for 2 hours a day, 6 days a week! By all means, if you can, it will change your life, but, we live in a very busy world and the best thing we can do for ourselves is small steps to staying healthy and well.


My 8 week program is designed to touch every aspect of Wellness! It works on improving your mental and physical health, you learn about nutrition, breath work, and gentle morning movement, while also remembering the importance of spending time outdoors and connecting with others.


Here is the schedule!

Week 1 - Air

Week 2 - Water

Week 3 - Sleep

Week 4 - Fuel

Week 5 - Movement

Week 6 - Sunlight

Week 7 - Nourishment

Week 8 - Connection


Our first set of 8 weeks brings us right up until July! Wouldn´t it be nice to feel your best come July!


So thats our Stay Well program, and the Stay Moving part of the membership is our Class a Day which will continue! Obviously no pressure if you skip a day but the idea is that whenever you log on, theres a class waiting for you and you are all doing the same class each day.
