Drop in spaces this week
Hi all, I will be using this forum a little more often as a place to post updates and for you to comment back if necessary. (Similar to a Facebook page but without being caught up on your Facebook feed for an hour!😅)
Each week I will post up drop in spaces for classes if there are any available.
This week we have…
Tuesday at 11am - Ashtanga - 3 spaces
Wed at 7pm - Ashtanga - 4 spaces
Message me if you would like to book a spot. €12 drop in.
And remember these classes will go out online every Saturday, so you can join through Programs either via channel subscription or a once off payment.
