Yoga Day Retreat

Take a day out for you to recharge in our secret garden! Starting our day with a 2 hour active Ashtanga based class open to all levels, working slowly through the sequence. We will then break for a hearty lunch break in the cabin where you can relax beside the fire and read a book or mingle with the group. Lunch is included which will be vegetarian and as much as possible gluten/sugar free. Tea/coffee is also included throughout the day. Then at 2 we will return to the dome for a yin yoga session leaving you feeling like a new person on your return home.
