Saturday
10.30am - Meet at Ravenport Resort Hotel and fuel up with a healthy breakfast buffet.
11.00am - Make our way to The Raven Nature Reserve for our 8km walk, finishing along the beach.
2.00pm - Nourishing Soup & Salad lunch back at the hotel.
4.00pm - Swimming Pool & Thermal Suites (Time to book Spa treatments if desired)
