About the event
Our morning will start with a 3 hour hike in the beautiful Slieve Bloom mountains, where our guide from Mid Ireland Adventure will lead us through quiet, peaceful paths towards areas with beautiful views, helping us to disconnect from the life below. This will be followed by a short standing yoga sequence to help stretch out and rejuvenate the body after our mornings activities. No equipment required, and all activities will be held outdoors.
A healthy picnic, teas & coffees are included and will be supplied by The Shannon Brew so we can sit out and refuel before departure.
