This week is all about Journalling! If you've never done it before, grab a pen and a piece of paper. It is an absolute must to write down your answers as doing it in your head just doesn't get the same result. Each day you will get prompted with a question. The answers are only for you. Journalling is a great way to set intentions and figure out which direction you are going. The best time to do your journalling is after your practice, so once you have your class a day done, sit down with a pen and piece of paper and see what happens! Enjoy!
