There are lots of different types of breathing exercises or Pranayama you can do to alter how you feel, reduce stress in the body and keep the body in balance. This week we work on 5 different pranayama techniques. Monday - 3 Part Breathing Tuesday - Breath Retention & Relaxation Wednesday - Uddiyana Bandha Thursday - Nadi Shodhana Breathing Friday - Deep Yogic Breathing These classes can be done on their own or they are perfect to do after your physical practice.
