On request from "Our Leader" 🧘🏻♀️ I'm posting my results from this program. I found it helpful. Easy to follow,encouraging and offered easy steps to improve daily life in a number of ways. In particular I've increased my water intake, fresh fruit intake and adapted the "movement " segment into my routine with the intention of keeping it up going forward. Namaste folks!....🙏
